STEPS is a developmental programme which has earned a reputation as a powerful tool for individual and organisational advancement.
For individuals, it is an opportunity to take a fresh look at their lives. The programme helps them to see how much they are truly capable of achieving and offers the tools to make it happen.
In organisations, STEPS increases participation and ownership of company objectives, provides a common language for articulating a vision of a better future and offers a proven approach to making the vision a reality.
STEPS offers a simple set of tools to move individuals through a self-reinforcing spiral of building a positive identity and producing positive results.
STEPS confronts the beliefs that limit achievement, aiding participants to build a stronger sense of self and an expanded sense of potential and possibility. The programme helps individuals move beyond where they have become stuck to more fulfilling and successful lives.
Participants in the STEPS programmes regularly report the following changes:
- raised confidence and self-esteem
- increased willingness to try new things
- improved personal relationships
- a feeling of using more of their potential
- more openness to change
- being more confident as parents
- taking greater accountability for their lives
This course is suitable for any individuals within a company although it is also very appropriate for individuals who want to develop on a personal level.
Also now available is "PX2" - Pathways to Extreme Success - a version of STEPS aimed specifically at the 18-25 age range - further details on request.
STARS "Setting Targets and Reaching Success" is a similar course to STEPS. STARS looks at personal success, demonstrates how to overcome setbacks, visualise future success, stretches comfort zones and sets goals and targets for each individual.
STARS is run informally, with no requirements for public speaking or tests, or being made to feel uncomfortable in any way. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to accept the challenge of change.
